Requirements:

incumbent will responsible for monitor and control the coal crushing plant
daily operation.
Requirements :

* S1 degree in Mining/Geology/Civil Engineering any other relevant disciplines with previous experience at least 3 years in the same field.
* High level of computer literacy
* Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
* Willing to work at mine site.
* Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.

3. COAL HAULING SUPERVISOR

Latar Belakang Masalah

PEMBAHASAN

Dasar Pemikiran
Kehidupan manusia di dunia mempunyai kedudukan sebagai hamba Tuhan YME dan sebagai wakil Tuhan (khalifullah) di bumi yang menerima amanat-Nya untuk mengelola kekayaan alam.
Manusia dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kegiatan hidupnya bergerak dalam dua bidang universal filosofis dan sosial politis. Di bidang universal filosofis trasenden dan idealistik, sedangkan bidang sosial politis bersifat imanen dan realistis yang bersifat lebih nyata dan dapat dirasakan.
Sebagai negara kepulauan dengan masyarakatnya yang ber-bhinneka, negara Indonesia memiliki unsur-unsur kekuatan dan kelemahan. Kekuatannya terletak pada posisi dan keadaan gegrafis yang strategis dan kaya sumber daya alam. Kelemahannya terletak pada wujud kepulauan dan keanekaragaman masyarakat yang harus disatukan dalam satu bangsa dan satu tanah air.

Pengertian Wawasan Nusantara
Cara pandang bangsa Indonesia tentang diri dan lingkungannya yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 serta sesuai dengan geografi wilayah nusantara yang menjiawai kehidupan bangsa dalam mencapai tujuan atau cita-cita nasional.

Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Wawasan Nusantara
1. Wilayah.
2. Geopolitik dan Geostrategi.
3. Perkembangan wilayah Indonesia dan dasar hukumnya.



Unsur-unsur Dasar Wawasan Nusantara
1. Wadah
Wawasan Nusantara sebagai wadah meliputi 3 komponen :
a. Wujud Wilayah
Batas ruang lingkup wilayah nusantara ditentukan oleh lautan yang di dalamnya terdapat gugusan ribuan pulau yang saling dihubungkan oleh dalamnya perairan. Oleh karena itu nusantara dibatasi oleh lautan dan daratan serta dihubungkan oleh perairan dalamnya. Sedangkan secara vertikal ia merupakan suatu bentuk kerucut terbuka keatas dengan titik puncak kerucut di pusat bumi.
Letak geografis negara berada di posisi dunia anatar 2 samudra, yaitu pasifik dan samudera hindia dan antara dua benua, yaitu asia dan australia. Letak geografis ini berpengaruh besar terhadap aspek-aspek kehidupan nasional Indonesia. Perwujutan wilayah nusantara menyatu dalam kesatuan politik, ekonomi, sosial-busaya dan pertahanan keamanan.
b. Tata Inti Organisasi
Bagi Indonesia. Tata inti organisasi negara berdasarkan pada UUD 1945 yang menyangkut bentuk dan kedaulatan negara, kekuasaan pemerintah, sistem pemerintahan, dan sistem perwakilan.
Negara Indonesia adalah negara kesatuan yang berbentuk Republik. Kedaulatan berada di tangan rakyat yang sepenuhnya oleh majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR).
Sistem pemerintahannya menganut sistem presidensial. Indonesia merupakan Negara Hukum (Rechk Staat) bukan hanya kekuasaan.
c. Tata Kelengkapan Organisasi
Isi wawasan nusantara tercermin dalam perspektif kehidupan manusia Indoensia dalam eksistensinya yang meliputi :
a) Cita-cita bangsa Indonesia tertuang dalam pembukaan UUD 1945.
Negara Indonesia yang merdeka, bersatu, berdaulat, adil dan makmur.
Rakyat Indonesiayang berkehidupan kebangsaan yang bebas.
Pemerintahan negara Indonesia melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia.
b) Asas keterpaduan semua aspek kehidupan nasional berciri manunggal.
Satu kesatuan wilayah nusantara mencakup daratan, perairan dan dirgantara.
Satu kesatuan politik.
Satu kesatuan sosial budaya.
Satu kesatuan ekonomi, atas asas usaha bersama.
Satu kesatuan pertahanan dan keamanan.
Satu kesatuan kebijakan nasional.



2. Tata Laku Wawasan Nusantara Mencangkup Dua Segi
a. Tata laku batinia
Wawasan Nusantara berlandaskan pada falsafah Pancasila untuk membentuk sikap mental.
b. Tata laku lahiriah
Wawasan Nusantara diwujudkan dalam satu sistem organisasi meliputi : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pengadilan.

Implementasi Wawasan Nusantara
3. Wawasan Nusantara sebagai pancaran falsafah Pancasila.
4. Wawasan Nusantara dalam pembangunan nasional.
a. Perwujudan kepulauan Nusantara sebagai satu kesatuan politik.
