PROCUREMENT OFFICER
(PEKANBARU & MEDAN)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or
behaviors exemplified by the following:
* Coordinating & Scheduling materials supply process &
activities including ordering, production delivery and storage.
* Ensuring supplier & subcontractor supply process meet project
schedule, technical specification & quality.
* Monitoring receipt of project material, storage & delivery to work
sites.
* Assist Procurement Manager with purchasing activities including
price negotiation with suppliers & subcontractor.
* Maintain price reference dates for biding purposes.
* Assist Procurement Supervisor in recording company assets & tools.
REQUIREMENT
* Telecommunications / Project Industry accepted
Qualifications
* Having experience in procurement area at telecommunication / project
industry, minimum for 3 years
* Having experience in handling project area (construction or
telecommunication) will be our priority.
* Having skills in purchasing, computer operation, & material
management
* Having Technical Background is preferred
* Good in English, both oral & written
